首先，阿联酋卖家使用的账号分为两种：
1、服务商开的本地卖家账号
此账号是由服务商开设的账号，服务商的阿联酋公司经SOUQ授权开设的账号，此账号绑定在服务商阿联酋公司名下。此类账号VAT税号绑定了服务商阿联酋公司的税号（前提得确定服务商的阿联酋公司有没有申请VAT税号），由服务商自行申报，卖家只需在提现的时候支付给服务商5%的VAT税款，无需承担纳税申报费用。
2、亚马逊招商的国际卖家账号
通过亚马逊招商经理使用卖家中国公司营业执照资料自注册的账号。此账号需要在阿联酋申请VAT税号并申报税务，卖家需找VAT服务商自费在阿联酋注册国际VAT税号，并按年或季度缴纳给VAT服务商申报费用。
